Your first wine club order will be delivered at the time of payment.
If you are in the Lions or Royals Club, you will then receive shipments biannually, every March and October.
Curated Collection members will receive their packs either quarterly or biannually from date of sign up.

You're able to place additional orders online in between club shipments, utilising your exclusive club discount (up to 30%).
We also allow you to cancel, hold or update your club status at any time.
Lions and Royals Club members will receive 12 bottles of wine in each club pack. Shipments are dispatched twice a year in March and October.
Curated Collection members can choose between 6, 12 or 24 bottles and will receive their packs either quarterly or biannually from date of sign up.
Yes! Your Club discount applies to both online and cellar door purchases.
Yes, you can skip deliveries in your account portal. Please note we only allow one skipped shipment per year.
When a membership is paused, cancelled or a send skipped all additional perks and privileges will be suspended until membership is resumed and next scheduled shipment is charged.

You’ll receive two email notifications leading up to your recurring Wine Club order, allowing plenty of time to make changes.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll also get a tracking update via email.
All orders are shipped from our cellar door in Mount Barker and use Australia Post.
Australia Post generally requires a signature on delivery and leaves a calling card for pick up from the nearest Post Office if there is no one in attendance. However, if this is not convenient, this can be superseded with 'please leave' delivery instructions.
Please let us know in advance, by phone or email and we will organise to hold your delivery and dispatch it at a date nominated by you. Or you can choose to skip it all together, just let us know.
